Tim and Keiloni have been pastoring New Beginnings for the last 16 years. Their passion is for the every soul to come to know Jesus as their savior, and become passionate followers of Christ.
They have been married for 41 years and have a strong love for the church, the lost, hurting and those who are looking for a fresh start with Christ.
God’s calling to both Tim and Keiloni, as well as the body of Christ at New Beginnings is to:

Kelly Rogers Children’s Director
Kelly Rogers and her late husband, Randy joined our Pastoral Staff in 2007. Randy was our Team Pastor until he passed away unexpectedly in 2022. Kelly continues to serve on staff as our Children’s director. Miss Kelly brings leadership and loads of fun to our children’s ministry!
Julie Wooton Receptionist
Julie Wooton is the cheery voice that greets you on the phone, and the wonderful smile at the reception desk in the office! Julie loves serving the body at New Beginnings in administration.
Josh Hinrichsen
Team Pastor
Josh joined our staff in 2021 as a Student Ministries Intern. Over the past year, Josh has worked alongside Pastor Randy Rogers with our Students in our Youth Program and also with our Compassion Ministry and Volunteers.
In February of 2022, Josh assumed the primary role of Student Ministries Pastor, after the unexpected passing of Pastor Randy.
Josh has a love for Students and Ministry. Along with his wife, Brianna, they are raising 9 children of their own. We are excited to see God’s plan unfold for Josh and the NBC Student Ministries. Welcome aboard, Josh!
Brianna Branscum
Executive Pastoral Assistant/Live Streaming/etc…
Brianna is our newest Admin in the church offices. Brianna is filling a huge need as Executive Pastoral Assistant. Being the mom of “nine” kiddos at home, she is one busy lady. She is married to Pastor Josh and works alongside him in our Student Ministries as well. She keeps the Pastoral staff organized and sane! Brianna is truly a blessing to the NBC team!
Keiloni Bruner, Pastor of Creative Arts
Keiloni has been making music, singing and playing the piano since the age of 5 years old. Her heart and passion is to help people enter into the presence of the Holy Spirit through music and the creative arts in worship. She’s the mom of 5 grown children, 8 grandkids, and soon to be a great-grandma! She has shared the journey of Ministry at New Beginnings alongside her husband, Tim for the last 16 years.
